 Our Weekly Service Package is designed to give you true peace of mind — chemistry-first care,  with direct, hassle-free communication and prompt repairs to keep your pool clean, balanced, and running exactly as it should. 

 We offer two service options: full chemical coverage, or standard service with all chemicals included except chlorine tablets, which are homeowner-supplied and kept at the pool. 

Each Weekly Visit Includes

• Weekly service report
• Surface skimming and debris removal
• Brushing of steps and walls
• Skimmer and pump basket cleaning
• Water chemistry testing and balancing
• General equipment inspection
• Vacuuming (as needed)
• Sand filter backwashing (as needed)
•  Salt cell cleaning (as needed) 

Filter Cleaning (Included)

To maintain proper filtration, protect equipment, and ensure water quality, two mandatory filter cleanings per year are included for all cartridge and D.E. filters as part of the Weekly Service Package.

Pools with Separate Spas or Water Features

Pools with attached spas or water features receive the following during weekly visits:

• Weekly service visit and report
• Surface skimming (as needed)
• General brushing (as needed)
• Water chemistry testing and balancing
• Skimmer and pump basket cleaning (as needed)
   

Spas and water features may require periodic draining on an as-needed basis to maintain proper water quality and chemistry.

Pricing varies based on pool size, condition, and scope of work. Final pricing is confirmed prior to service.

These services are provided on a one-time basis or as-needed basis & are typically scheduled outside of routine weekly service. 

One Time Services Include:

• Green-to-Clean service
• One-time service visit
• Filter cleaning (outside scheduled service)
• Equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Drain and refill service 
• Sand change for sand filters
• Acid wash
